Payment

  • Your order will be on hold until payment and proof approval (if requested by you) is received. We do not begin production until payment for your order has been received.

Turnaround Time

  • Once your invoice is paid in full, your order will ship 4-5 business days.

  • Your “In-Hands Date” (received by you) is normally 6-8 business days after payment is received, and is based on our production schedule and current shipping times.

Shipping

  • Minimum $10 shipping charge. Once your invoice is paid in full, your order will ship from our location within 4-5 business days. The typical turnaround for your order to be received, in hand, is 6-8 business days based on our production schedule and ship-time from our location.

Note: current supply chain issues due to Covid-19 may impact our production and your delivery schedule.

RUSH Service

  • RUSH Service is available for an additional $30 fee, and must be requested when your order is submitted.

  • RUSH Service is based on our current production schedule and may not be available.

Artwork Submission

We do not have set up charges for our “Full Color? No Problem” tee program, although we do need the correct file types to produce your order.

And while we don’t have set up charges, we do charge an art fee to fix or convert bad artwork or improperly submitted artwork to the correct file type and size to ensure the best possible end product. Please note: improperly submitted and non-usable artwork will delay the start of production and push the shipping/delivery/pick up date back.

Also, bulk orders (non P.O.D. online orders) orders will not start production until we have artwork in the correct format, an approved proof is received (if requested) and payment has been received or payment arrangements have been made.

Acceptable Formats
There is more detailed information on Art Submission Guidelines here. For all printing processes, your artwork should be submitted in one of the file formats below, at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, with all fonts converted to curves (paths or outlines), embedded in your artwork file or attached as a separate file, with a transparent background.

  • PDF – print ready (preferred format)
  • EPS
  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
  • Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
  • CorelDraw (.cdr)

Production Ready Artwork
If you have artwork that is print ready, it should be submitted as a high resolution file (minimum of 300 dpi) at the finished imprint size, again, with all fonts converted to curves (paths or outlines) and have a transparent background.
